Aston Martin Coventry University Automotive Award

The Fulbright-Aston Martin Coventry University Automotive Award covers the first year of any master's degree programme related to the automotive industry offered by the university. The award also includes an industry placement with Aston Martin.

Founded by entrepreneurs and industrialists as the Coventry School of Design in 1843, and in 2018 celebrating 175 years, Coventry University is a dynamic and outward-looking institution with a tradition of international engagement, innovation, teaching excellence, and impactful research.

The university is one of the most internationally orientated universities with a large number of overseas students in the UK as well as programmes with partners overseas and an extensive international research portfolio focussed on addressing global challenges including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.  In recognition of its excellence in international engagement it was recently awards the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, one of the most prestigious accolades that can be bestowed on a UK organisation.

Coventry is also recognised internationally for the world-leading calibre of its engineering and design graduates – particularly in the automotive field.

  • Full tuition waiver
  • £13,700 living stipend

The living stipend is intended as a contribution towards general maintenance costs towards the first year in the UK.

In the UK, master's degrees are typically one-year programmes (full-time) and PhDs are three-year programmes (full-time).
