  • Additional financial aid information: All degree seeking international undergraduate and graduate students are automatically reviewed for financial assistance by the Office of International Education at IUP. Partial Tuition Waivers (PTW)* are awarded to eligible international students based on financial need. Additional Application form for PTW award is not necessary.
